McCurdy & Eichstadt, P.C. was established in May 2000. Our attorneys are uniquely qualified to represent employees and employers in a wide range of business and employment law matters. We handle federal claims for discrimination and retaliation under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, including claims for sexual harassment, hostile working environment, gender discrimination, equal pay, pregnancy discrimination, and discrimination based upon race, religion, national origin, or color.

We also handle federal claims under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, and most other federal employment laws. We have frequent contact with investigators and attorneys in the Denver Field Office of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Colorado Civil Rights Division.
